RICHARDSON

Jay L. Nutt, D.D.S.

Dr. Nutt is from a ranching family in West Texas. Dr. Nutt graduated from Baylor College of Dentistry in 1974. He and his wife Lynn have three children and a son-in-law who is also a dentist. Dr. Nutt is very active in his church and volunteers in Community Outreach programs throughout Dallas and Mexico. He’s a graduate of LVI (Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies).

Fred Pietsch, D.D.S.

Dr. Pietsch is a Dallas native. He graduated from Baylor University and Baylor College of Dentistry in 1974. His wife, Neil (short for Cornelia) teaches at Trinity Christian Academy, and together they have two sons. Dr. Pietsch goes on several mission trips each year to the Amazon River. He volunteers every Friday at a homeless shelter in downtown Dallas and enjoys fishing and golf in his spare time. Board Member: Dallas Life and Amazon Outreach.

Brent Fleming, D.D.S.

Dr. Fleming was born in Orlando, Florida. He completed his undergraduate education at University of Miami (FL) in Coral Gables, FL in 2006 and went on to complete his dental degree at the University of Maryland, Baltimore in 2010. Dr. Fleming continued his education by completing an Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry, which he finished in June 2011. This residency allowed him to learn more complex procedures in esthetic, implant, and restorative dentistry.  He looks forward to utilizing these skills to provide quality care to the patients at Richardson Dentistry. 

Dr. Fleming met his wife Patty while in dental school. Patty is completing her orthodontic residency at the Baylor College of Dentistry.  Dr. Fleming and his wife currently live in Dallas and enjoy spending time together, being outdoors, biking, running, traveling and exploring all that Texas has to offer.

James Guirguis, D.D.S.

Dr. James Guirguis was born and raised in Ireland before moving with his family to England and finally settling in Cleveland, OH. He attended St. Ignatius H.S. and completed his undergraduate studies at Miami University in southern Ohio. Dr. Guirguis then went on to continue his education at The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Guirguis decided to further his dental studies by making the move to Dallas and completing a one year Advanced Education in General Dentistry residency at Baylor College of Dentistry. This residency helped build upon the skills taught in dental school and enabled Dr. Guirguis to learn more advanced techniques that he looks forward to bringing to Richardson Dentistry. 

He currently lives in Dallas with his wife Amber, a fellow dentist, and enjoys all things Cleveland (especially the sports teams), Ohio State, soccer, tennis, cooking, and traveling to see family, friends, and new places. The traveling will be ending very soon as the Drs. Guirguis are expecting their first child in January. Dr. Guirguis feels very blessed to be joining such a wonderful practice and looks forward to providing an exceptional level of care to all his patients.
