Annual Membership

Once the annual fee is paid and received for the membership program, you will be entitled to discounted-fee dental services for 12 months. Members, spouses and dependent children under age 19, or full-time students up to 23 years of age, are eligible.

Adult Plan

$509 (or $51/ month)

For patients over 12 receiving
regular dental care.
This membership includes:

  • Routine Dental Cleanings (2 per year)
  • Oral Exams (2 per year)
  • Bitewing X-Rays (as needed)
  • Fluoride Treatment (2 per year)
  • Full Mouth Series X-rays ( as needed)
  • 15% off Dental Services when paid on the day of service

Child Plan

$429 (or $43/ month)

For patients over 12 receiving
regular dental care.
This membership includes:

  • Routine Dental Cleanings (2 per year)
